The Russians massively get a higher education, but the demand for their knowledge is small – the economy is focused on resource exploitation, concluded the authors of a joint study by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Sberbank, Worldskills and Global Education Futures. They interviewed the leadership of the largest companies, which employ more than 4 million people. The final report will be published in the autumn.
