Perhaps the most interesting news in the dairy market connected with the preliminary results of the agricultural census of 2016 Rosstat had significantly reduced the number of livestock in the sector of household plots (400 thousand heads). However, in official statistics, this fact is not yet reflected. Under this should be reviewed and the volume of milk produced in private farms.
The official volume of production of milk by all categories of farms at the end of 2017 will be 31-31-1 million tonnes, +1% in 2016, among which 50% is the share of agricultural organizations, 43% of smallholders and 7% - farm households. Looks more substantial increase in marketable milk, a proposal which in 2013 changed from 18.9 to 21.2 million tonnes (+0.5 million or 2.5% in 2017). We should also mention the farm sector, which increased the volume of milk production by 8%.
Due to the fact that data on smallholders for the already mentioned reason of incorrect, will concentrate on the sector of agricultural organizations, which also showed in the past year of rapid growth: the volume of production by the end of 2017 will reach 15.5 million tonnes (+3.7% or 550 thousand tons). In the previous three years this indicator did not exceed 2.4%. To achieve such dynamics failed for several reasons. First, milk production has increased in the past year by 6.5%, reaching 6200 kg. By the way, in three years, farms have increased this key indicator by 26%. Second, but not least, factor in the growth of gross production in the sector of agricultural organizations, is the launch last year of a number of large dairy complexes. This became possible due to stable high prices for milk during the year, as well as a relatively high level of state support, expressed in the form of Kabakov and concessional loans. But we can not ignore the fact that got them only a restricted list of manufacturers. The number of livestock in corporate farms decreased, but only by 0.2% (0.8% in 2016, 1.5% in 2015, 2.8% in 2014).
The continued reduction in real incomes of the Russian population had a negative impact on the level of demand for all food products, including milk. The Ministry of agriculture, the average consumption of milk per capita in 2017 decreased by 5.6 kg by 2016 to 233.4 lbs. lower consumption of dairy products has created problems for milk processors. For the first time in a long time, the production of dairy products showed a negative trend (-1.5 per cent drinking milk and curd, -1% for dairy products). "Released" quantities of raw materials together with increase in the marketable milk was aimed at the production of maloletkoy products, such as butter (+7,5% by 2016, 266 thousand tons by year-end 2017), cheese and cheese products (+6.9% and 641 thousand tons), milk (+24.3% and 146.6 thousand tons), cream (+16%, 145.5 thousand tons), dry whey (+16.5% and 140 thousand tons). The problem is that because of the low demand, huge stocks of these products accumulated in the warehouses of enterprises: so the end of 2017 unclaimed are 23 thousand tons of butter, 30 tons of dry milk, 64 thousand tons of cheese and cheese products. In the circumstances it is impossible not to note that the increase in the export of milk is an important task that needs to be addressed in the short term. At the end of the 2017 exports will decline in all categories, except for CATFISH and ice cream. According to our estimates, export CMP will be reduced in 2017 with a rate of 98.5 to 90 thousand tons, butter - from 4.9 to 4.5 thousand tons, cheese - from 13.6 to 13 thousand tons of dried milk and whey from 5.4 to 3.8 thousand tons of ice cream - will rise from 17.1 to 18.5 thousand tons.
Significant impact on the Russian dairy market has had a tendency in the global market. The shortage of milk fat has led to peak prices over the last 5 years of butter and a record low on nonfat dry milk. The SOM reserves in the intervention Fund of the EEC exceed 350 thousand tons. In Russia, the average price of dry skim milk in December 2017 is 165 rubles, and in the Central regions and does 150-155 rubles, which was not observed since the beginning of 2013. Low prices on the world market triggered growth of imports of dry milk from countries outside of the EEU (over 45 thousand tons in 2017). The total import in this category at year end will be reduced from 180 to 172 thousand tons. The import of cheese will increase from 193 to 196 thousand tons, butter - from 102 to 103 thousand tons, whey - reduced from 124 to 95 thousand tons.
High investment attractiveness of the dairy industry of the Russian Federation, recent, created the preconditions for the inflow of foreign capital and actively increasing the production of the largest Russian holding companies. For example, the German holding company Deutsches Milchkontor actively ramping up production on Bobrovsky cheese factory in the Voronezh region, the French Savencia invests in Belebeevsky dairy plant in Bashkortostan, and Vietnamese TH Group is building a large dairy complexes in several regions of the Russian Federation. On the one hand, it creates preconditions for growth in gross milk production in the country, and on the other, reduces the margin of medium and small players, not able to withstand the excessively strong competition.
Throughout the year the price of raw milk remained at a high level in December 2017 base rates reach almost 25 rubles with VAT. In the summer prices were only 5% below that indicates the extreme low seasonality. Fall seasonal rise in prices was weak: the current price 1.5% lower in relation to December 2016. There is a high probability that in 2018, prices for raw milk will decrease. This will be facilitated by several factors, such as the continuing increase in the supply of marketable milk, limited demand for dairy products, as well as projected IFCN cycle of decline in world prices for raw milk, which can affect the cost of imported dairy products.
Prospects of all agricultural markets will be discussed more at the 9th International Conference for agricultural producers and suppliers of inputs and services for agricultural sector WHERE the MARGIN 2018. Conference conducted by the Institute for agricultural market with the support of the Association of industrial unions agro-food complex of Russia and the Union of sugar producers of Russia , on 1-2 February 2018 in the Radisson Slavianskaya hotel in Moscow http://ikar.ru/gdemarzha/
Moscow. January 9. INTERFAX - the Russian market of milk in 2017, developed in the context of growth of production and reduction of consumption follows from the analysis carried out by experts of the Institute for agricultural market studies (IKAR).
Processing enterprises were forced to shift to the production of butter and dry milk products, but this led to overstocking.
At the same time, the continuing relatively high milk prices remain a driver of investment activity in the industry.
PRODUCTION: RAPID GROWTH
Evaluation ICARUS, volume of milk production in farms of all categories in 2017 amounted to 31-31,1 million tons, 1% more than in 2016. The share of agricultural enterprises accounted for 50%, private farms - 43%, farmers - 7%.
Experts note that the volume of milk production in private farms should be revised based on the preliminary results of the all-Russian selhozperepisi 2016. They showed that the number of cows in this sector 400 thousand goals less, than previously thought. However, official statistics on milk production, this fact is not yet reflected.
Experts believe that more important looks increase dairy production, a proposal which grew from 18.9 million tons in 2013 to 21.2 million tons in 2017. In 2017 this figure increased by 2.5% (0.5 million tonnes). They pay attention to agriculture, which last year increased the production by 8%.
According to preliminary estimates, the production of milk in agricultural organizations reached 15.5 million tons, which is 3.7% (550 thousand tons) more than in 2016. In the previous three years, this figure did not exceed 2.4 per cent.
The reasons for the rapid growth, experts see the increase in productivity of cows and the start of a number of large dairy complexes.
So, the productivity of cows of the previous year increased by 6.5% to 6200 kg. In three years, farms have increased this key indicator by 26%. In addition, significantly slowed the rate of decline of livestock in the farms. Last year, according to preliminary data, the population decreased by 0.2%, while in 2016 - 0.8%, in 2015 - 1.5%, in 2014 - by 2.8%.
In addition, a significant factor of growth experts call the start last year of a number of large dairy complexes. This was made possible thanks to the consistently high level of milk prices during the year, as well as a relatively high level of state support, expressed in the form of reimbursing capital costs and preferential loans, according to he.
However, experts IKAR noted that the state received only a restricted list of manufacturers.
Nevertheless, the high investment attractiveness of dairy industry of the Russian Federation, recent, created the preconditions for the inflow of foreign capital and actively increasing the production of the largest Russian holding companies. So, Deutsches Milchkontor increase production by Bobrovsky cheese factory in the Voronezh region, the French Savencia invests in Belebeevsky dairy plant in Bashkortostan, Vietnamese TH Group is building a large dairy complexes in several regions of the Russian Federation. On the one hand, it creates preconditions for growth in gross milk production in the country, with another - reduces the margin of medium and small players, not able to withstand the excessively strong competition, experts say ICARUS.
CONSUMPTION: INVENTORIES GROW
The continued reduction in real incomes has had a negative impact on the level of demand for all food products, including milk.
Citing data from the Ministry of agriculture, experts report that milk consumption in 2017 compared with 2016 decreased by 5.6 kg per person, to 233.4 lbs. This has created problems for milk processors. For the first time in a long time, the production of dairy products showed a negative trend. Production of drinking milk and cheese decreased by 1.5%, dairy products - by 1%.
"Liberated" the volume of raw materials was aimed at the production of maloletkoy products. As a consequence the production of butter increased by 7.5%, to 266 thousand tons, cheese and cheese products - by 6.9%, to 641 thousand tons of milk powder by 24.3% to 146,6 thousand tons, cream 16%, to 145.5 thousand tons, whey - 16.5 percent to 140 thousand tons.
The problem is that because of the low demand, huge stocks of these products accumulated in the warehouses of enterprises, experts say. So, at the end of 2017 unclaimed were 23 thousand tons of butter, 30 tons of dry milk, 64 thousand tons of cheese and cheese products.
According to experts, in the short term, the solution to the problem of accumulated stocks must be exported. However, it falls. By the end of 2017, exports were down for all categories, except for skimmed milk powder and ice cream.
By estimations IKAR, exports of dairy products declined from 98.5 thousand tons in 2016 to 90 thousand tons in 2017, butter - from 4.9 thousand to 4.5 thousand tons, cheese - from 13.6 thousand to 13 thousand tons of dried milk and whey - from 5.4 million to 3.8 thousand tons, respectively. Export of ice cream increased to 18.5 million tons from 17.1 million tons in 2016.
RATES: OUT OF SEASON
During the past year the price of raw milk remained at a high level and in December reached almost 25 rubles (including VAT). In the summer, during the "big milk", the prices were only 5% below that indicates the extreme low seasonality. Fall seasonal rise in prices was weak.
Experts believe that there is a high probability that in 2018, prices for raw milk will decrease. This will contribute to the continued growth of the supply of marketable milk, limited demand for dairy products, as well as projected IFCN (international network for the comparative analysis of farms and International Farm Comparison Network) the cycle of decline in world prices for raw milk, which can affect the cost of imported dairy products.
According to experts, a significant impact on the Russian market of milk provide trends on the world market. The shortage of milk fat led to a peak over the last 5 years prices for butter and low - to nonfat dry milk. Stocks of milk in the intervention EU Fund exceed 350 thousand tons. In Russia, the average price of dry skim milk in December 2017 in some Central regions declined to levels not seen since the beginning of 2013.
Low prices on the world market provoked the growth of imports of powdered milk from countries outside of the EEU, last year it exceeded 45 thousand tons.
Total import of dry milk, according to preliminary data, was reduced to 172 thousand tons 180 thousand tons in 2016, whey - to 95 thousand tons with 124 thousand tons. At the same time, imports of cheese increased to 196 thousand tons from 193 thousand tons, butter - to 103 thousand tons with 102 tons respectively.
Prospects of all agricultural markets will be discussed more at the 9th International Conference for agricultural producers and suppliers of inputs and services for agricultural sector WHERE the MARGIN 2018. The conference conducts , the Institute for agricultural market with the support of the Association of industrial unions agro-food complex of Russia and the Union of sugar producers of Russia , on 1-2 February 2018 in the Radisson Slavianskaya hotel in Moscow http://ikar.ru/gdemarzha/
In recent years, the Ministry of industry and trade is the main advocate of the fashion industry from the state. At least the logo of this Agency is most often found in competitions of regional designers, and it allocates money to the Russian production of clothing. Men's shirts, women's blouses, knitted t-shirts with prints of cats – a partial list of products of the domestic companies receiving financial assistance from the Ministry of industry and trade. Among the most popular support measures – subsidies for interest on loans or borrowing. Although textile factories get them often, clothing manufacturers also do not neglect the opportunity to apply for the subsidy.
- Vasily Ivanovich, and you're on a world scale to cope?
- No, Petka, fail, do not know the language.
Gross harvest of sugar beet in 2016 rose 0.1% to 51.2 million tons (preliminary results of the MOA, the final results of Rosstat in March are likely to be higher) at higher sugar content. The production of beet sugar, taking into account production from molasses, according to IKAR, may exceed 6.6 million tons – an absolute record in the history of Russia, and the processing season can last until March!
The productivity of the beet sugar complex of Russia has grown for 21 in 4 times and exceeded the 5.5 tons of sugar from 1 ha of crops in the Russian Federation. The potential productivity of the industry in the next 3-5 years – at least 7-8 tons of sugar from 1 ha.
Record production of beet sugar and granulated sugar beet pulp in Russia in 2017/18, made possible thanks to the increase of acreage of sugar beet by 7.9% to 1198.5 hectares, and growth on 7.0% of the yield of sugar factories (14.16% compared to 13.24 percent from a year earlier), due to the high sugar content of the beets. The yield of sugar beet decreased by 7.1% to 436.2 kg/ha. the Weather conditions were not the most favorable: extremely cold and wet period from mid-may to mid-July; harvesting and processing of beets in the number of factories in the South and in the Central Chernozem region was stopped due to heavy rains in late October – early November).
Continues to hone the effectiveness of the agricultural technology sugar beet cultivation, introducing modern hybrids of sugar beet seeds, fertilizers, agricultural machinery, technology, long-term storage of beets (including field keratinovoj) with minimal loss of storage, etc.
Record shaft beets processed quite efficiently. Helped including and friendly and an early start of most sugar mills - the first factory in the South earned 26 July, the CCA – August 05, capacity beet processing operating 75 plants grew by 6.9%. The ongoing gradual modernization of sugar mills is doing its job. For example, in the current season at factories fell by 4.8% - equivalent consumption and 1.3% of the consumption of limestone, derived on design capacity number of amouse built in recent years (what will allow you to set 2017/18, production record of granulated sugar beet pulp – more than 1.4 million tons).
As an indicator of the capacity and efficiency of the industry in October-2017 an absolute record of monthly production of sugar in Russia for 211 years sugar beet – 1.68 million tonnes - a third more than the season 1997/98 the city! Russia did not produce as much sugar per month even at the peak of processing raw sugar in 1999-2000 In November-2017 updated production record for that month of the year - 1.44 million tons of sugar! Peak production in Russia in mid-October reached an amazing 56 thousand tons of sugar a day!
Traditional the failure of domestic prices in August-December, lasted in 2016/17 to the end of January. After a long "standing on the Ugra" from the middle of may, still held short-term growth revival of the seasonal demand at a minimum at the end of the season wholesale supplies. Seasonal failure of the July-Nov-2017 was sharper and deeper than past years, due to record oversupply and falling global sugar prices while the strong ruble, which has significantly lowered the price of export parity. As a result, sugar beet growers for the season 2017/18 the city was not easy.
On the other hand, relatively low sugar prices support demand. So the production of sugar confectionaries in Russia in 2017, growing at 7%, milk – by 4%, chocolate, flour confectionaries - 3%. Many industrial consumers of sugar, the Russian Federation is also growing and export. Growth supports demographics and revived moonshine.
In conditions very likely in the coming years, the annual overproduction of sugar in the Russian Federation (production greater than consumption, considering import of white sugar mainly from Belarus ~250 thousand tons per year) is extremely important in the coming years:
- careful planning of the acreage of the sugar industry not only by region but also by district and even fields;
- expanding internal and external markets in all possible, even small niches;
- full and consistent support of exports from Russia sugar, molasses, bagasse, food and feed, by pointing to existing bottlenecks of logistics in all modes of transport, including cars, the acceleration and simplification of refund of VAT. The export from Russia of any product at any scale and by any means of transport should become easier, faster and cheaper;
- continuous improvement of the quality of work industry: product quality, packaging, service, real production costs and logistics;
harmonized customs and tax policy in all countries of the EAEU: to prevent perezosa raw and white sugar from third countries; to limit the scope of preferential (duty below $340) imports of white sugar from third countries.
Perhaps in some areas and regions of Russia (where the indices of sugar beet cultivation and processing remain significantly below average and/or on fields remote from existing sugar factories by more than 100 km) in coming years will have, in principle, to abandon sugar beet and to restructure farms and factories on different production.
In the export of sugar from Russia in 2016/17 develops export by rail to the traditional markets, and among the notable recipients, a number unexpected: among the CIS countries – Belarus (at the same time, imports from Belarus is higher) and Armenia; among the countries of the far abroad – Serbia (all three countries by road), marked trial shipments through Novorossiysk ship parties in Syria and container to Egypt.
In 2017/18 the city swiftly opened in Uzbekistan, in the meantime, if there is no supply to Afghanistan and North Korea, did not continue the experiments with Syria, Egypt and Jordan.
Exports sugar from Russia, tons
Export markets for Russian beet sugar are not great and under the most optimistic scenario is unlikely ever to exceed 600 thousand tons for traditional markets (railway and cars to the CIS countries, Afghanistan, Mongolia, North Korea). The Chinese market has not opened yet, but from Nov-2017 Uzbekistan to the surprise of many, came in first place on volumes of purchases of Russian sugar, which allowed the Russian market in November to find the bottom price of the season. It is necessary to give the report, what remains extremely high competition in the common markets for sugar from Ukraine, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Brazil, and especially in this season, from the EU. Marine exports from the Russian Federation is limited by the high costs and low bandwidth capacity of a single deep-water port, capable of shipping the food in the bags.
Vyselkovskiy agro broke into the top five largest sugar producers of Russia with the potential to grow in the coming years on 4-th place. Among sugar producers, for the second industrial consumers – KDV. The last assets of the bankrupt Razgulyai, Orioles and other dissolved at existing players, not restored, only one sugar factory - Alexis. A lot of companies producing beet and sugar, as well as their subcontractors included in various rankings of companies in Russia. The sugar market of Russia remains competitive: there are 31 independent producer (the operator of 75 operating plants of the 21st region), hundreds of independent producers of sugar beet (and schetchikov), receiving sugar on tolling schemes and settlements, dozens of wholesale traders, plus on the market there are Belarusian sugar company and the reserve. Buyers have ample opportunity of diversifying sources of sugar by companies, regions and origin, it would wish.
Russia remains a significant exporter of molasses and the world's largest sugar beet granulated pulp including poor internal market (especially pulp). In 2016/17 was invited to record exports of molasses – 0.59 million tons and pulp, which is 1.21 million tons At the beginning of the 2017/18 season, city are ahead of export to the previous one with the molasses by 56%, and reduced to pulp by 23% (all logistic channels clogged with grain). Possible increase in domestic consumption of molasses to desugarization, feed, yeast (manufacture extruded is growing at 2%, dry at 6%), alcohol, citric, lactic acids, etc. may lead to a slowdown in exports since January and the reduction in the share of exports of molasses from the total production in Russia for the season is below 35% (45% in 2013/14).
The acreage of sugar beet in 2018, likely will be reduced to 1120-1170 thousand hectares (-10..15%). An effective and independent economy with a beet harvesting and other equipment and working on long contracts with processors, maintain the level of crops, and vertical, sometimes even slightly increase.
Raw business in the CIS and neighboring countries is becoming more and more niche - the topic remains just a few the number of countries and traders, suppliers, transshipment ports, of buyers. Vigorous growth of its own production in most CIS countries and the EU leaves no chance raw over the coming years.
It is also important to note the continued and 2017, production growth in Russia from corn, wheat and potato starch syrup (+10%), syrups SFS (+3..+7%), starches.

Prospects of all agricultural markets will be discussed more at the 9th International Conference for agricultural producers and suppliers of inputs and services for agricultural sector WHERE the MARGIN 2018. Cheesemaker SZFO need state support
Before the food embargo, 85 percent of Ukrainian cheese to Russia were imported from abroad. Three years ago the market was released. Sanctions was supposed to be a chance of a lifetime. And many have jumped on it. How does it impact on the quality and price of the produced cheeses, found out the correspondent "RG".
According to the Institute for agricultural market studies, the production of local cheese is increasing from year to year. Before the sanctions, Russia has produced to 428 thousand tons of cheese, and now the figure was 600 thousand tons, with almost 90 percent of market needs. It seemed that domestic manufacturers got down to business and began to produce local products. But, unfortunately, the long-awaited quantum leap did not happen.
Trying to feed the Russians a good cheese partly failed due to the fact that in the pursuit of easy and quick profits inquisitive entrepreneurs began to think about the cheapening of production and to produce a cheese product with vegetable fat. This method, according to estimates of the Chairman of the Board of the National Union of milk producers Andrei Danilenko, 30 percent reduced costs. "In this scenario, rare cheesemaker will be able to resist the temptation to save," - said the expert.
However, the savings still did not allow producers to learn how to make the cheese.
- Sanctions are given a chance. But if there is no state support for the development of agriculture, we will not be able to use. It is no secret that foreign cheese makers generously subsidized by the state, giving them the loans, establishing tax benefits. Therefore their products are cheaper, - the Chairman of the rural women's movement of Russia in the Leningrad region Tatyana Polowa.
In regional Committee on agriculture of the Leningrad region is called the last three years in the cheese-making turning point. During this time in the 47th region activated by small businesses, which from year to year increasing the output of high-quality cheeses. But at current milk prices, farmers do not always cover costs.
- Good cheese - the high cost. For the production of one kilogram takes about 10 litres of milk, and its cost is not less than 25 rubles per liter. After the cheese is sent to ripen in a special storage, and it also increases the cost. The process lasts from several weeks to several months, depending on variety of cheese. Cost adds packaging, logistics, advertising. So, the price of a good solid artisan cheese cannot be lower than 700 rubles per kilogram, says CEO of one of the enterprises of the region Muhajir Atuev.
Only here's the thing - the label of quality cheese and cheap but rich in vegetable fat cheese product, enter the same composition. It turns out that unscrupulous people want to see, shamelessly sacrificing quality, dumping on the market. Of course, consumers vote with their wallet in favor of an available product that and cheese, then do not call. For situation correction it is necessary to oblige manufacturers to specify on the packaging the ingredients included in the composition of a product, including palm oil. And for cheating is to punish, experts say.
Producers from the village of Agalatovo is cooked just soft cheeses. Their products in regional stores and at fairs goes in flight.
- Important in cheese making milk quality, - says the farmer Garo Mnatsakanyan.
He "closed" production process. Today the farmer has 100 cows and 650 sheep.
- The barn - our bread. Our cow is the record-holder gives up to 8000 litres of milk per year. Much depends on quality of feed. Of course, it is difficult to compare Alpine meadows with the Leningrad fields. Hay you have to buy from Tver and Nizhny Novgorod. Our problem is land rent. I would like to have it for a longer period. It is no secret that we invest in the economy a lot of money. Imagine how risky? Farming is not a business but a risky type of production. Of course, complexity does not add positive emotions to anyone else engaged in creative work. But even in the Soviet school we were taught that capitalism is characterized by certain difficulties. Life, unfortunately, confirms the correctness of this thesis. But the difficulty is a test of strength, after which there is a chance to get affected. You only need to use this chance, - said the farmer.
Today, a significant portion of cheese from the Leningrad region shatters in small shops of St. Petersburg. To cooperate with networkers it is not out - they have very strict rules related to product volumes. Small farms to supply that amount of cheese can't yet. Therefore, some manufacturers combine and open small shops. Such is already in Kudrovo and Vsevolozhsk.
It is clear that to run production processes and establish production of high quality cheeses in the entire country - not a task for one day, and only when targeted state support can be put the industry back on track. In the meantime, the Committee on agriculture of the Leningrad region appealed to the government of the Russian Federation and the state Duma with a request to consider the problem and to subsidize the production of cheese.
A reviewer (and it was the representatives of the Service Rosalkogolregulirovanija and regional Webirc Moi) in the course of the RAID, which took place on 7 December, revealed established for the production of counterfeit goods. They found a bottling line 23 thousand litres of alcoholic production and more than 17 thousand bottles with the finished products of wide assortment.
In addition, was discovered about 100 thousand specmark, which experts inspection agencies easily identify signs of tampering, as well as two vehicles for the transport of illegal alcohol.
All equipment, transport, raw materials, spetsmarki and alcoholic beverages confiscated and arrested, on the revealed facts conducted an administrative investigation.

The fiscal burden on business will grow – this follows from the draft Federal budget and worried about the business, said the RSPP President Alexander Shokhin during discussion of the document at the appropriate Committee of the state Duma. Concerns of business, in particular, associated with the introduction of the recycling fee in the manufacture of heavy machinery and import duties for industry investment engineering, and also the indexing rate of utilization fee for wheeled self-propelled transport.
"In addition, there is a direct increase in taxes. First of all we are talking about excise taxes. It is known that excise taxes on gasoline increase, on cigarettes, alcohol, changing the method of calculation of the tax base in some cases. Well, in particular, the distillate will be a different account, it will also provide additional revenue from excise duties," - said Alexander Shokhin in an interview to RBC-TV.

Thanks to the implementation of the Ministry of industry and trade of a comprehensive approach in supporting industries, including industry trailers and semitrailers, as well as the existing mechanisms to support domestic producers, the leading domestic manufacturers of trailers and semitrailers demonstrated stable growth of production volumes, which at the end of 7 months 2017 123 made up of 3 pieces, compared to the same period in 2016, the increase amounted to 52 %.
In the quest to offer a promising and competitive samples of semitrailers domestic manufacturers are actively working with major transport companies. A vivid example of such cooperation is the joint project to create a semi-container ship to work under strict weight control, implemented by the factory of semitrailers "Grunwald" (Kaliningrad region) and the transport company "new logistics".
Developed by the company "grünwald" a fundamentally new model of semitrailer-container, meets all the requirements for carrying capacity. This is a versatile trailer, capable of carrying almost all types of standard containers with a gross mass up to 30 tons. Under current legislation, this maximum achievable capacity.
It should be noted that to date, domestic manufacturers mastered the production of all types of trailers, including refrigerated, tipper, articulated, curtain -, curtain-side, flatbed and isothermal.

Affected the seasonal factor and reduce the cost of fodder
In August 2017 the average consumer price of eggs in Russia fell to 47,25 rubles. for 10 PCs. As follows from the data of Rosstat, the level is the lowest level since September 2014, when a dozen eggs cost 46,93 RUB In the past month, chicken eggs fell by 3.4%, while compared to August 2016 — 9.1%. From the beginning of 2017 eggs fell in price by 26%.
The most expensive eggs in August were implemented in the Chukotka Autonomous district — 160,85./10 PCs., in the Kamchatka region — to 100.9./10 PCs. and the Magadan region — 88,26 RUB/10 PCs cheapest — in Mordovia (32,48./10 PCs), Kalmykia (of 32.93./10 PCs.) and Bashkortostan (36,71./10 PCs.). In Moscow and St. Petersburg, eggs were sold at a price above the national average of 67.3 per./and of 51.17 10 PCs./10 PCs.
One of the drivers of the current decline in prices on the egg — the growth of its production, commented, "the Agroinvestor" the President of the company Agrifood Strategies albert Davleev. According to the agriculture Ministry, from January to the end of July chicken egg production in agricultural enterprises increased by 4%. In all farms over this period, according to Rosstat, the growth amounted to 3%. "The profitability of egg production increased slightly in connection with the cheaper food and reducing the companies cost in a competitive environment. The cost of feed is now 7-8% (in some regions, and 10%) lower than a year ago. And food is about 70-75% of the cost of poultry meat and eggs. Accordingly, the number of table eggs supplied to the market, has also become more", — says Davleev.
In addition, the dynamics of prices on the egg the important role played by the seasonal factor. "Seasonal fluctuations in the cost of sales of eggs and the cost of the eggs on the shelf are traditionally from April to October-November go to the bottom of the range and increases for the New year and Easter. First, the summer population becomes more plant-based diet, and consumption of eggs and protein production declines, noted Davleev. — Secondly, in the period from April to October, the chickens land in private farms and peasant (farmer) farms, and dramatically increases the production of eggs for domestic consumption, with the peak of egg production falls in July-August. Therefore, the implementation of industrial production slowed down somewhat".
In addition, prices are influenced by the high saturation of the market, adds the expert of the Institute for agricultural market studies (IKAR) Anna Kudryakova. For January-December 2016 agricultural companies produced overall 34.4 billion eggs — by 3.1% more than in 2015. Total production in the country amounted to 43.5 billion, adding 2.2 percent to the previous year. According to the forecast of IKAR, the potential increase in industrial production is about 7-8%. "Given that now the major enterprises have to increase production, we will see increasing production of eggs and in 2017, and in 2018", — said earlier "the Agroinvestor" leading expert of IKAR , Daniel Khotko.
Broiler meat also is cheaper
Consumer prices are falling and the chicken. According to Rosstat, in August 2017 chilled and frozen chickens fell on average by 0.6% to 129,79 RUB/kg. This level is the lowest since June 2016 and 2.1% less than the year before.
According to Kudryakova, the price of chicken meat is also affected by the saturation of the market. "Last year in this period have been significant price increases, but this year it is not observed. Moreover, the difference in wholesale prices from the same period is much more significant in comparison with consumer prices, and now is about 18%," said Kudryakova. According to her, in part this is due to the weather conditions in the summer months. "In the past year due to the hot summer periods the number was not so high, and this year were lucky with the weather, with the result that manufacturers have increased the number. And production by volume much more. As a result, there is a serious market saturation", — stated the expert. However, according to its forecast, till the end of the year the prices for chicken meat will not grow. "None of the manufacturers is not expected that prices will move in a big way. It is possible that by the end of the year, on the contrary, the downward movement due to the large balances that you will implement," she said.
According to Rosstat, in January-August the production of poultry in agricultural organizations increased by 7.4% to 4.01 million tons
